You may never know where and when you may find yourself in a potentially dangerous situation. One of the key tactics of reliable self-defence training is adrenaline stress training. When people get adrenalized, most of the time they forget where they are, they get tunnel vision and they freeze. Training to remember your self-defense manoeuvres during an adrenaline rush is probably the biggest challenge.
Hi. My name is Muhktar Kadiri, Head instructor at Palace Martial Arts and I would like to welcome you to our fun and powerful family oriented school.
At Palace Martial Arts our mission is to empower people through the positive transformative power of martial arts. Keeping women in our community safe through realistic martial arts training is part of this mission. Through our positive education in our community and consistently working with men, women and children, I was nominated as an ambassador to the White Ribbon Foundation by our local Police. This is an organisation that helps stop violence against women, educates men about the impact of violence towards woman, and encourages them to take a positive stance against it.
The concept of our women’s self-defense program is simple! Just as someone can be traumatized and freeze for years or decades after just one bad experience, we engineer a positive experience in a very short time, which provides conditioning to control and even use the fear and adrenaline rush that inevitably occurs in any intense situation. With our training, we consistently do this in just hours for people of all types with 100% success!
The combination of situational awareness training and person protection techniques will equip females with skills they need to be able to protect themselves more effectively.
The course will cover:
• Myths and realities of physical assaults
• How to avoid potential dangerous situations
• How to handle oneself in a situation if conflict is unavoidable
• Hand to hand defence,
• Knife defence
• Ground survival skills
You will obtain a strong foundation in situational awareness, assertive behaviour, and easy and effective self-defence skills - simple avoidance steps along with basic self-defence knowledge that can literally mean the difference between life and death. Our Women’s Self Defence course will help women to develop awareness and enable them to be able to identify threatening situations.
By participating in our Women’s Self Defence course you will be equipping yourself with the skills you need to be able to protect yourself more effectively during holidays, camping and many other situations. Whether you are travelling or staying home this course will make you feel safer and more self-aware in any environment.
